SmartRugby

SmartRugby is the ARU’s occupational health and safety course, and a compulsory requirement for all players, coaches and match officials involved in the game of rugby. SmartRugby is included as part of all Foundation and Refereeing Kids Rugby courses, so new referees will have a current SmartRugby qualification if they have completed one of these courses.

Following this initial accreditation, all match officials must renew their SmartRugby qualification every two years. Renewal of your SmartRugby qualification is done online via the Rugby Learning Centre.

If anyone has any questions about SmartRugby, they should contact the QRRA Administration Officer at admin@qrra.com.au or on 0409 192 396.
